The Growth Operations Manager will help MMGY Global bring greater discipline and intelligence to how growth performance is tracked, managed and improved across the agency.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in growth operations, sales operations, business development support, reporting, analytics, CRM management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to turn pipeline data into clear reporting, practical insights and useful recommendations.
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, including reporting, workflow support or coordination with outside partners.
- Ability to manage recurring processes with a high level of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with finance, business leaders or other stakeholders to support forecasting, reporting or operational planning.
- Strong communication, follow-through and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve processes and maintain accountability among stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
