BIM Technician

MMR is seeking a BIM Technician to assist with design models, system design, and coordination with other trades. Responsibilities include preparing sketches, applying knowledge of National Electrical Codes, and reviewing construction drawings for conflicts and compliance with local code requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associates Degree or higher preferred
• Experience working as a BIM Coordinator, Detailer, or Modeler
• Proficient in MEP REVIT
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
