Head of Treasury & Partnership Finance

MN Custom Homes seeks a Head of Treasury & Partnership Finance to lead the company's treasury operations and develop strategic financing partnerships. The ideal candidate is a high-impact finance leader with 10+ years of experience in treasury and/or partnership finance, and 3-5 years of leadership experience. The role requires a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and global regulatory requirements, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in treasury and/or partnership finance
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams in a complex, matrixed organization
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a company with financing-as-a-product model
• CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred
