We are seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to oversee and manage all preconstruction site activities for residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing preconstruction activities, leading teams, and working in a fast-paced environment. The role requires frequent visits to job sites, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Requirements
- Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs preconstruction activities of assigned structures
- Manages demolition contractors and related onsite tasks
- Coordinates with PSE for temp pole installation and application process
- Coordinates with other utility providers to disconnect all other utilities
- Manages rodent abatement and contaminated soil removal process
- Submits for and tracks all permits for installation of permanent power and gas to future homes
- Communicates professionally and in a timely manner with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensures adherence to MN standard work processes
- Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities
