Job Description
MNTN is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support key agency relationships through technical execution and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures clarity, accountability, and execution across a high volume of agency-driven technical initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar role supporting engineering teams
- Background in platform integrations or performance troubleshooting, is preferred
- Deep familiarity with ad tech and digital advertising ecosystems
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-team initiatives without direct authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working directly with external partners, clients, or agencies
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira Software, Confluence, ServiceDesk)
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, sensitive topics, and evolving partner dynamics
