Senior Technical Program Manager

MNTN is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Technical Program Management team, responsible for driving product and technical strategy, owning measurable business outcomes, and leading cross-functional execution across complex initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or product management within a SaaS, ad-tech, mar-tech, or data-driven environment
• Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, SQL, and system architecture concepts
• Experience using SQL and analytics tools to inform prioritization, measure impact, and guide iteration
• Proven ability to define and manage outcome-driven roadmaps aligned to business strategy
• Deep experience operating within Agile environments while maintaining strategic clarity
• Strong judgment in navigating tradeoffs between speed, scope, and technical debt
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizational environments
