Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a cook
• Professional experience with initial leadership experience
• Organizational talent with initial experience in operational organization (e.g., ordering and work schedule planning)
• Ability to adapt flexibly to different areas of operation
• Responsible, reliable, and assertive
• Good communication skills and ability to function as an interface to other departments
• Curiosity and a desire for knowledge
