Job Description

Requirements
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant in state of practice
- Nationally Certified as PA-C by NCCPA
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Current DEA license to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader
- Valid NPI
- Current DOT medical examiner certification
