Job Description
Join MobilizeGreen as a Youth Conservation Crew Leader and lead a team of high-school youth on conservation-related projects, environmental education, and leadership development activities in Southern California. The program runs for 8 weeks, from Late May to Early August 2026.
Requirements
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to get this before the start of the program
- Documented experience working with youth or young adults (ages 14-18)
- Experience working in an informal or formal educational environment or equivalent
- Experience with outdoor skills, including hiking, camping, and Leave No Trace
- Experience in service project management, conservation, or trail projects
