2026 Virtual Youth Conservation Crew Leader

Join us as a Virtual Youth Conservation Crew Leader and work with youth in a variety of educational and skills-based activities, including environmental education, professional development, service projects, and self-care. This position is 100% virtual and requires at least 2 years out of high school and experience in environmental education and outdoor leadership skills.

Requirements

• At least 2 years out of high school
• Experience in environmental education and outdoor leadership skills
• Experience working virtually
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Dedicated commitment to expanding youth participation and engagement in outdoor learning and recreation
• Interest & knowledge in environment/natural resource management
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
