Job Description
New fashion ecommerce brand for the US market seeks E-commerce Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations in early stages of project.
Requirements
- Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping operations with logistics partners
- Manage customer support
- Website management
- Product and packaging sourcing
- Daily reporting of key metrics and execution of improvement actions
- Coordinate invoicing with the finance team and manage monthly close
