Product Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & Engagement

Mochi Health is a healthcare company that aims to fix the broken healthcare system by building an AI-driven marketplace that makes healthcare discoverable. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing and user engagement across our core product surfaces.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or product marketing
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io (required)
• Proven ability to design and execute campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
• Strong understanding of conversion funnel optimization and churn reduction strategies
• Experience writing clear, compelling copy for diverse audiences
• Comfort working with data: pulling segments, interpreting campaign metrics, and making optimization decisions
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment
