Job Description
Production and Fabrication Supervisor position available in Rangiora, NZ. Oversight and support of day-to-day factory floor operations. Must have team leadership skills, welding certification, and fabrication industry experience. Profit share, individualized development pathways, and other comprehensive benefits offered.
Requirements
- Team leadership and the ability to support, guide and motivate a production team
- Welding Certification and Fabricator industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
