Mode Mobile is hiring a General Manager of Mobile Games to take full ownership of their growing portfolio of casual and puzzle games. The ideal candidate has built, scaled, and monetized games before and wants real control, accountability, and upside.

Requirements

• Built or scaled a mobile gaming business, including studio operations, with a focus on casual and puzzle games
• Owned a business line, product portfolio, or P&L, not just contributed to one
• Understand the real economics of gaming, including the use of rewarded networks for growth
• Comfortable making fast, imperfect decisions and owning the outcome
