The Modern Agency is seeking a Director, Paid Social to define the future of paid media and lead high-performing teams to drive predictable, profitable growth through best-in-class paid social programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in paid social, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within a high-growth agency environment
- Experience working with high-growth DTC brands, with a strong understanding of ecommerce economics, conversion dynamics, merchandising strategy, and full-funnel customer acquisition
- Proven experience managing large budgets and multi-platform programs that drive measurable revenue impact
- Deep platform expertise across Meta and TikTok, with strong familiarity in emerging and performance-oriented channels
- Strong command of forecasting, attribution, and modern ecommerce metrics
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative strategy into performance outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with experience leading executive-level client relationships
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Highly operational with a bias toward action and accountability
