Requirements
- Identify and recruit qualified subcontractors and vendors
- Collaborate with Facilities Management to prioritize vendor needs
- Evaluate vendor qualifications including licensing, insurance, and tax documentation
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process
- Maintain accurate vendor records
- Foster strong relationships with existing vendors
- Ensure all vendor documentation is current and compliant
- Coordinate daily with multiple departments
- Utilize mobile technology to manage tasks and access systems
