Associate Attorney

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney to join its Austin office, offering a remote first setting, low billable hours, direct client contact, and competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset
