Corporate Service Trainer

The Corporate Trainer position is responsible for expanding the skillset and performance of Modern's Shop and Field Technicians through training. The trainer will facilitate trainings, manage training materials, and develop a detailed schedule for the training department.

Requirements

• Demonstrate Modern Machinery's core values and promote the company's mission and vision
• Follow company policies and regulations for safe work procedures and contribute to company safety goals
• Coordinate with stakeholders to determine training needs and goals
• Manage and update training materials
• Develop a detailed schedule for the training department
• Ensure curriculum meets industry standards and incorporates latest technological advancements
• Facilitate and conduct instructor-led training
• Maintain accurate training records
• Submit regular reports on training activities and outcomes
• Provide guidance and advice on complex technical issues and troubleshooting techniques

Benefits

• Annual salary range: $90,000 to $110,000
• Exempt position, not eligible for overtime pay
