Job Description
This is a summer internship opportunity in Norwood, MA from July 13th-December 11th, 2026. The role is to support and participate in cross-functional teams to drive general manufacturing operation changes and continuous improvements. The intern will apply their educational background and learn new technical skills in the Manufacturing unit operations, project management, GMP change management, Digital enablement and/or material logistics processes.
Requirements
- Current student enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomolecular Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biophysics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related STEM field
- Strong fundamental scientific and engineering skills for the evaluation of data
- Organizational skills applicable to Lean Manufacturing and Change Management methodology
- Prior experience in a structured work or team environment demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and accountability
