FP&A Principal Analyst, Drug Substance Finance

Moderna is seeking a Principal Analyst, Drug Substance Finance to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves overseeing $0.6 billion in associated spend for internal manufacturing operations and driving financial efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Global Drug Substance Operations team to manage site-level budgets, enhance analytics, and drive financial decisions.

Requirements

• Leading the development of annual budgets and reforecasting for internal Drug Substance manufacturing operations
• Monitoring and controlling budgets, forecasts, and expenditures across multiple DS sites and raw material categories
• Driving strategic financial analyses to support operational decision-making using ROI models and data-driven insights
• Designing and maintaining intuitive, digitized financial dashboards and datasets that inform the Global Drug Substance Leadership Team
• Delivering monthly reporting packages and insights to budget owners and site leadership teams, ensuring visibility of financial performance
