Job Description
Monitor, identify, and suggest modifications to bioinformatics pipeline to ensure compliance. Aid in developing or specifying standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness. Design or develop automated testing tools to ensure continuous operation of the bioinformatics pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong programming skills in Python and Linux
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using a bioinformatics workflow framework, version control systems, Cloud, and containers
- Experience with Computer System Validation processes and GxP environments
