Building Automation (BAS) Programmer NC

ModernControls is a leading provider of HVAC and building automation services for commercial facilities across the US. We are looking for a Building Automation Programmer to join our growing company and work directly with the facility team, architects, and engineers to design, review, and implement building automation projects for our commercial customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Building Automation (BAS) programming experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls/equipment
• Fundamental understanding of how to repair, adjust, and calibrate BAS systems
• Ability to read construction blueprints/documents
• Ability to effectively communicate with end users and provide customer training
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Microsoft Platform; including Adobe Acrobat and Visio
• Must have valid driver's license
