Requirements
- Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong knowledge of plumbing products, services, tools, and equipment to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, plumbers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and increase sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with clients; their trusted advisor to provide solutions and support to maintain and optimize their plumbing systems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
- Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate products to customers, explaining how they work and the benefits they offer.
- Follow-up: Perform follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to management to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
