
Job description
Join ModMed as an Enterprise RCM Client Advisor to manage and report on RCM operations for enterprise-sized medical practice clients. Collaborate with internal RCM operations and global partners to achieve client KPIs and goals. Develop strong client relationships and provide high-level value and customer service.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, conduct routine meetings, provide customer service, manage and monitor RCM process, track KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client metrics.
Ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles, managing RCM performance for large medical practices, and developing and presenting KPIs and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills, are required.
