Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Finance, Banking/NBFC Operations, FinTech, or financial services support
- Prior exposure to cross-border trade finance, working capital solutions, or corporate lending is a strong plus
- Experience coordinating across Credit, Risk, Legal, and Finance teams
- Solid grasp of KYC processes, deal documentation, and onboarding workflows
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- High ownership mindset and ability to treat every deal like it's own
