Site Reliability Engineer IV

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our personal emergency response system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related role
• Experience with Microsoft development stack (Windows, SQL Server, IIS,.NET)
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Shell, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and on-premises systems preferred
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub CI/CD)
• Understanding of networking and security best practices
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Pulumi, Terraform, etc.)
