Facilities Maintenance Co-Op

Modula Inc. is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Co-Op to support building maintenance and facility operations at our Franklin, OH manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a skilled trades, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing program
• Basic knowledge of building operations, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance principles preferred
• Exposure to electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems through coursework or hands-on lab experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of basic tools, equipment, and safe construction/maintenance practices
• Ability to follow technical instructions and learn building systems, repair procedures, and maintenance best practices
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn in a hands-on industrial environment
• Ability to work safely and adhere to PPE and safety protocols
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
