Modula is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote a safe and healthy workplace and facilitate Health & Safety programs in accordance with Corporate and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and professionalism, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge of occupational safety programs, process, and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of two (2) years of relative experience required, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of Federal (OSHA), State, and local safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of medium, written and verbal, across all levels
- A passion for learning and sharing knowledge of occupational safety programs, process, and expectations
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Effective time management & organizational skill
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in current versions of MS Office
