Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports the Facilities Manager and maintenance teams by organizing project activities, tracking progress, coordinating communication, and ensuring facility capital projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of project coordination, administrative support, facilities coordination, or maintenance support experience
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or facilities environments
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers
