Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our close-knit and high-performing legal function in London, working across a wide variety of legal matters that keep pace with the growth of the business. You will negotiate and advise on commercial contracts, provide practical advice, and work with senior stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• England & Wales qualified
• 4–5 years' PQE experience
• Commercial contracts experience with a financial services, payments, fintech or banking background
• Data protection experience (GDPR / UK GDPR)
• Experience with regulatory complexity, FCA-regulated environment
