Business Development Manager role at Uniln Panels in Western US. Develop and implement growth opportunities with new customers, manage customer base, and expand decorative offering. Travel expected 50-60% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 4-6 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- Self-motivated, persistent go-getter with strong organizational and communication skills
- Affinity with design, interior trends, or aesthetically driven products
- A strategic thinker with good emotional intelligence
- A result-driven team player with a hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Minimum 5 years of b2b sales experience in the forest product industry
- Experience with MDF, TFL, HPL sales and/or social selling (webinars, LinkedIn,...) is a plus
- Master's Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field is preferred
