Job Description
Mohawk Industries is seeking a Cloud Data Architect to deliver BI solutions within the Flooring North America Data & Analytics team. The role requires knowledge of analytics concepts, ability to anticipate impact of work, and collaboration with IT colleagues. Experience with Microsoft cloud data platform services like Azure, Databricks, and Power BI is essential.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in data extraction from multiple sources and building datalakehouse solution in Microsoft platform.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or equivalent technology.
- 2+ years’ experience in managing cloud infrastructure and resource cost optimization.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, benefits, and challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, information systems).
- Experience in developing Enterprise Datawarehouse/BI Solution on Cloud platform like Azure.
