Maintenance Team Lead

As a Maintenance Team Lead at Mohawk Industries, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and performing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on precision manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Requirements

• Formal training and practical experience in an industrial manufacturing setting as an Electro-Mechanical Technician, Engineering Technician or Automation Technician
• 3 years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment
• 1 year of experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming
• 1 year of experience in a maintenance role utilizing fabrication
• 1 year of experience leading projects or direct supervisory experience
