MANAGER SAFETY

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Safety Manager to execute organizational safety programs, prevent injuries and work-related health conditions, and comply with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will analyze risks, design safety programs, train employees, and investigate accidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
• 6-8 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience
• Safety training and certificates preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA safety disciplines, other regulatory guidelines, and common industrial safety practices
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
• Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player and able to handle multiple projects at once
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
