Safety Specialist

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Safety Specialist to create and facilitate an accident-free workplace by implementing safety policies and programs, providing training, creating and maintaining safety documentation, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws within assigned facility or location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Safety training and certificates preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA safety disciplines, other regulatory guidelines, and common industrial safety practices
