Requirements
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the incentive plan component(s)
- Compile, evaluate, and analyze incentive compensation information from multiple systems
- Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets critical to the reporting and processing of compensation plans
- Respond to incentive inquiries and provide feedback to participants and sales leaders
- Administer monthly manual incentive calculations
- Collaborate with business development to expand reporting in current and new incentive plans
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts as required
- Monitor headcount reports to detect areas of improvement
