Job Description
Mohawk Industries is seeking a Technical Trainer to facilitate technical training programs, support employee development, and evaluate training initiatives. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training, analyzing metrics, and improving processes. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent education
- 8-10 years of job specific experience
- Deep conceptual and practical knowledge in multiple competencies (AC/DC electricity, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting)
- Mechanisms such as belts, gears, bearings, pulleys, conveyor systems, rigging, chains
- Understanding of learning and development strategies
- Proficiency in reading prints, diagrams, schematics
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
