Manufacturing Equipment Technician - Backend

onsemi is looking for a Manufacturing Equipment Technician to perform preventative maintenance and lead electrical/mechanical troubleshooting in various semiconductor manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge, and a passion for working safely in a fast-paced industry.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair procedures
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to identify root cause problems
• Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications
• Work with outside vendors as required
• Perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers
