Manufacturing Equipment Technician (Photolithography)

onsemi is looking for a knowledgeable Manufacturing Equipment Technician that can perform preventative maintenance and lead electrical/mechanical troubleshooting in the Photolithography area. The qualified candidate must have a basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge, and a passion for working safely in a fast-paced industry.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-pneumatic systems
• Complete scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and repair procedures
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to identify root cause problems
• Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair of equipment
• Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications
• Take initiative and drive one’s own work at a high level and demonstrate advanced leadership skills for small teams
• Perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers
• Work with outside vendors as required
• Provide leadership to other technicians by providing training and mentoring
