Training Coordinator

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Training Coordinator to facilitate trainings and programs associated with new hire onboarding and orientation. The role provides administrative support to identify and address organizational training needs and support a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 0-2 years of experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
