Job Description
Join Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, as the VP of Manufacturing (Multi-Site). Direct, manage, and coordinate all activities related to manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and materials management. Lead efforts to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, management, and/or operations of high-volume IC manufacturing
- Experience in materials management, planning, purchasing, and negotiation of multi-million-dollar procurement agreements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or MBA preferred
- Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organization levels
