Job Description
The Overnight Counselor Shift Supervisor provides support, guidance, and training to Overnight Counselors in four group homes/community residences in Schenectady, NY, serving adults with mental illness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience in human services
- Associate degree and 3 years' experience in human services
- High school diploma and 5 years' experience in human services
- Mental health experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid and insurable driver's license
