Job Description
We are looking for a B2C Customer Service Project Manager to support the implementation of customer service projects and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- University degree or ongoing studies
- 1-3 years of relevant project management experience (customer service, IT, digital development)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Confident IT skills: Azure DevOps, MS Project, M365; advanced Excel, Power BI basic/advanced level
- Good English language skills
- Good organizational and coordination skills, structured thinking, flexibility
