Chief Economist

The Chief Economist position is responsible for developing and managing economic, industrial, and energy market analyses, forecasts, and models to inform strategic decisions and drive the company's competitiveness and sustainability. The role requires a higher education degree in economics, 8-10 years of experience, and strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in economics
• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience
• Comprehensive analytical knowledge, high-level strategic and/or financial methodological knowledge
• Theoretical knowledge of economics, micro- and macroeconomics
• Structured thinking, analytical thinking, agility, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to cooperate
• Higher level of English language proficiency
• High level of MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, as well as confident use of statistical and econometric software
