Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our marketing team at Slovnaft. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading analytical activities, analyzing marketing campaigns, and creating data-driven insights to support strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics and research, preferably in retail
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Financial thinking and critical thinking
- Proactive, independent, and business-oriented approach
- English language skills – at least B2 level
- Knowledge of statistical software; SQL knowledge is a plus
