Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Data Operations Expert who gets excited about stability, reliability, and the invisible backbone of digital products: data operations. As a Growwwer, you will be part of MOL Group's Digital Factory team, where you will learn cloud data ecosystems, Databricks operations, monitoring, CI/CD, automation basics, and data quality essentials. You will be responsible for keeping our data pipelines healthy, running predefined diagnostics, and troubleshooting issues. You will also assist in deployments and learn CI/CD, Python/SQL scripting, and build small internal tools that improve operations.
