Requirements
- University degree in Economics or Business
- 5+ years of experience in retail or commercial roles (fuel industry experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work cross-country
- Fluent business English and willingness to travel
