Requirements

• University/college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience working in complex, matrix organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A leadership mindset centered on team development, engagement, and empowerment.
• Solid controlling knowledge, including planning, forecasting, and reporting methodologies.
