Job Description
M&A Projekt Szakértő to support senior project manager in complex and high-value projects. Main tasks include project planning, execution, and evaluation, as well as industry research and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics or Engineering
- 3–4 years of relevant M&A experience
- Strong project management and independent working skills
- Broad understanding of industry trends and business operations
- Knowledge of enterprise valuation, financial and legal frameworks
- Familiarity with MOL Group is an advantage
- Strategic mindset, flexibility, and excellent problem-solving abilities
- High level of reliability and discretion with confidential information
- User-level MS office knowledge
- Fluent English skills with a broad area of expertise
