Job Description
Do you want to play a key role in the development of digital solutions for waste management? Are you motivated to think strategically and operationally at the same time, and have a direct impact on the operation of a nationwide system? Do you have strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and experience with agile development?
Requirements
- University/college degree (economic, IT, or engineering background is an advantage)
- 6-8 years of professional experience - at least 3-4 years in a relevant field (Product Owner, project management, business analysis, digital development)
- Agile project management knowledge (Scrum)
- Strong business acumen and market research knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Decision-making ability, problem-solving mindset
- Presentation skills, structured thinking
- Proficient English language skills
- Knowledge of modern cloud-based technologies, CRM/ERP systems
- Category B driving license
